Sam Cooke’s “Wonderful World”: It was me who chose this link in The Chain. Out of the blue (and I’ve yet to find out why) my son texted me earlier today, asking what I had chosen and what it followed. At the time of choosing (many years ago now), I was in my workshop listening to The Chain. That evening’s choice was Jimmy Cliff’s “Wonderful World, Beautiful People”. The previous evening, I’d watched the Harrison Ford film “Witness” on the telly, a film which features Sam Cooke’s “Wonderful World”, which inspired my (somewhat obvious) choice.
